This is an old, old personal character of mine that I decided to go back and draw her again/update her! She's my sci-fi space adventuring character. >v< Her race (made up of many different species of dinosaur like creatures) is a space age race now. Actively exploring and settling new worlds. The tech and stuff is kind of a mix of classic 1920-1950 sci-fi mixed with current Star-Trekish like designs.

You may be wondering why she has hair/breasts too. Welllll her race almost went extinct a long time back. Due to a major climate shift, their old natural cold blooded bodies we're suffering. To survive this, they decided that genetic manipulation was the only chance they had. They modified their base DNA with that of mammals that weren't being affected by the climate change. After some time they finally had success with minimal changes to their appearance.

The race now gives birth like mammals and some grow hair in places as well. Many of her race will traditionally shave off any hair they get, some accept it and enjoy it. In general, her race is very traditional for a space age race. They still follow true to old traditions and rituals, staying true to their past. Sydney herself paints her horns and claws a jade colour, as well as applying some traditional body pain to her face and frill~
