Don't be alarmed if you see our work on other sites, we cross-post a lot of things. On the contrary, if you are concerned that something of ours is posted somewhere not by us or with our permission you're more than welcome to messages us.

General T.O.S
1. Be kind to us and we’ll be kind to you.
2. Don’t ask us for free requests, commissions, or adoptables. The answer is no.
3. We have the right to turn anyone away for whatever reason we want, don’t make a big deal out of it.
4. Don’t steal from us, we know how to use the DMCA and we do it quickly.
5. No, we will not donate money or points to you. Don’t ask.
6. We use Paypal Invoicing for Paypal payments, meaning you give us your email and we'll send you an invoice.

Adoptable T.O.S
1. Adoptables are first come first serve. No exceptions.
2. Do not send payment until told to do so or we’ll treat it as a donation.
3. Send payment the way we instruct you, not any other way.
4. We have the right to ban anyone from our account for any reason and will do so if we feel the need.
5. You may add accessories to your adopt. You may change the hairstyle and clothes as well.
6. You must follow all the rules that are in the description.
7. All sales are final; we do not give out refunds.
8. Do not resell our adoptables for more than what you bought them for.
9. We do not do holds.
10. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us.
11. Golden Rule: One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself.
12. If payment is not received within 24 hours of comment, adoptables will be sold to someone else. (This is the only form of holding we do)
13. There is no 'claiming' adoptables.
14. You must have the funds to get an adopt, our things are not free.
15. Don't breed our adoptables, even when you buy them. We feel it insulting.
16. Do not post any of our art on your account unless we give you permission.
