YOOOOO I FORGOT that I finished this up from a sketch a couple weeks back, I was holding off posting it because I don't have her story set in concrete but it's been a little bit since I posted any art so I figured I might as well.

This is Yui! Pretty much all of my ideas for her are in concept and might be scrapped later but here's what I got:
She is a very ancient dragon whose powers have been sealed by a ensorceled ribbon tied around her ears. While the ribbon is tied on both ears, her powers and consciousness are both sealed and she just sleeps constantly, sometimes sleep-floating. She can be awoken by retying the ribbon on one ear, but this partially restores her power (as indicated by the lengthened horns) She has a fantastic memory and can share stories about times long since forgotten, but she won't tell just anyone, she must be given the appropriate offering (what is required depends on what information you ask for) She communicates by jingling the bells on her tail and using her partially restored powers to warp the sound into words.
