Anyway! Ahem. This is a spoof of the badges worn by the Taiwanese Air Force, where a Formosan bear delivers the smackdown on Winnie the Pooh, holding a honey jar with Chinese stars on the front.

This turned out pretty good, actually! I used the badge as a reference but I'm tempted to say that mine looks better, more professional. Some details on Dragoneer are probably wrong, but who gives a shit.
