I quite like this.Nice face detail and values. As for critique, I feel like he doesn't have any hips? I might be being thrown off by the clothes or the jacket. There seems to be form to the waist to the (viewer's) left, but not to the right. The cord of the pendant also appears to align such it would drape over the shoulders, instead of around the neck.
