Hello to all Commissioners, GMs, Players and Fans of the FHL. After a long break and as we close on the halfway point and All-Star Weekend, it is time for the Third Game of the Week of the season, featuring the Raliegh Ice Cats visiting the Baltimore Blue Herons.

As the season started, it was expected that these two teams may fight it out for the Atlantic title, after meeting last year in the Eastern Conference finals. As we close on the middle of the season, there is no doubt of that, as Raleigh and Baltimore have duked it out and traded the lead as the season has gone on.

For Raleigh, the run to the top has been rocky in the past week, as they head into Baltimore having hit a 3 game skid. Still, with good goal tending from Saaz Hallertau and Whiteleaf, and good offense from the likes of players like April Deak, the Ice Cats only find themselves 1 point behind the Herons to which they are coming to play.

For Baltimore, the run has had it's own rocky moment. The first meeting between the teams ended in disastrous Fashion for them, as the Ice Cats powerful offense rocked a unusually leaky Rowan Dekathrine and left the rink to the tune of 13-3. Since then however they have recovered and after last Thursday's defeat of Erie, they find themselves if only for the moment back on top of the Eastern Conference. However that may be short lived as Raleigh is knocking on the door.

With that in mind, which team shall take the win, and for now regain back control of the Atlantic?
