So, seeing Celeste in a different style is certainly interesting. And yes, the title is amazing, no need to say it. Mer-Maid. Hah. When CadmiumTea posted it with that title, I was sad that I didn't think of it first. T_T

As for not being so random, Celeste works as a maid in one of Rêve's illustrious mansions in the dreamworld, where she was conceived. She doesn't have to wear the uniform, but might be addicted to cosplay.
