Feather vs. Itsuki (16)

DRIVE DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:
Many months passed, but eventually, Itsuki managed to learn enough information about Feather’s transformative powers that he was able to form a plan for his revenge strike. So, he caught a Charizard, and then waited for a chance for his Yoshi friend to be out in the open where he could easily be caught off-guard. He set his Charizard free to light Feather’s tail ablaze and turn him into a Charmeleon, with his feathers now becoming a transformative flame. Although there is no mind control involved, it’s still a difficult form for Feather to break free from, as the only way to do so is somehow extinguish the tail flame without dying.
