For reals, someone has to have noticed its kind of weird Meow seems a bit too excited about perving on human females.

Space Dandy is a great anime even though its only what 2 or 3 episodes in? Its just so weird and strangely endearing.

Art wise just doodling and playing with colours and textures because I really needed to draw this character :U

  well from what I remember since this is a slightly older submission I think I used a pixel effect texture I have downloaded to sai with the marker burhs + just colours I thought looked nice together. Funny enough you probably don't need to download anything to make this effect, I'm pretty sure you could do it manually with the binary brush then take what you make and place it in the sai folder for that stuff.
