Figured before moving on back to working on actual progress art for my sci fi I'd do a few things on paper and add some digital colours. I'm trying to get the hang of cleaning up pen lineart I photographed rather than scanned. Basically scanning things from my sketchbook has proven to be a huge pain in the ass unless I remove the sheet ._.

Anyway drew Moe in my more natural to me style since it looked like he would translate well into that from the usual angular cartoony style. Could have made him a bit more barrel chested by oh well I think its alright!

Interesting fact is Moe's species of alien are actually more similar to hyenas than dogs. They're just domesticated alien hyenas so they're effectively the dogs of their planet!
