Old work from August 2013. The lines were drawn in pencil, scanned into Photoshop, had the values adjusted, and simply touched up. Colour was shaded completely in greyscale then had a gradient map applied to it!

I was experimenting with different things back when I drew this and I learned that this style is very time consuming. The lines have to be close to perfect before being scanned or it'll take forever to correct; the greyscale + gradient map technique is pretty straightforward though and actually took less time than the lines!
