This is probably one of my most disturbing pieces, although I suppose some of you LIKE that sort of thing :P

I should mention that this was one of two pieces that got deleted from Transfur. I should look for the other one :P

Who knows the exact circumstance that happened to the little boy. Perhaps he wandered too far into the woods, past where he was familiar with. Came across something he should have stayed away from. Tried to get away, but it was too late. But now there was an insatiable hunger that could not be contained. But it did not want to get caught. Waited until dark and broke into the local supermarket. Nothing else mattered. Feed. Until sunrise. Then hide in the woods again. Until dark again, and feed more. Until the shell could no longer contain what was inside. It sauntered hesitantly, unsure of the new enviroment. It is unknown whether the boy died instantly or whether he merged with the new form matter-of-factly, like this made perfect sense to him. It quickly shed the hollow husk of it's former self and slid away to the parts of the woods that you probably shouldn't go to.
