Apologies for the length - it's almost 7 minutes long. This is due to the fact that I enjoyed writing it and listening to it so much I just got carried away! But I can listen to the track over and over again, it brings me so much serenity. It starts off quite slowly but after about 90 seconds to 2 minutes it bulks up a bit. Just imagine yourself lying on the grassy bank of a lake in springtime - the soft grass beneath you, your toes dipping into the refreshing cool waters of a completely stillwater lake. No hidden surprises, no dark thoughts, just complete tranquility. This can be your special place.

Inspiration for this track was taken from an hour and a half sitting on the banks of Barston Lake, between two villages local to me, Balsall Common and Hampton-in-Arden. It's lovely to cycle up there in the summer and just relax.
