Another ref down!

Huanshen is a rival to my other OC, Dedero, but not necessarily as an enemy. He is a bit more high energy than Dedero and is king of the stormy skies. He loves lightning and storms and is a little bit arrogant at times. He's younger than Dedero by about twenty years, but is larger than him.

That's about it! I am glad he got another ref - he's a bit of an eye sore in colors but I love him.

I tend to AU him into different worlds, so don't feel like everything has to stay. His design is very fluid and can change.
