Illustration of an alien race that's part of a book I'm slowly writing. They are called the Nacht.
I used Photoshop CS6, and really worked on a new drawing style involving gradients, layers, and no smooth shading (smooth shading is a huge habit of mine that often ruins my digital projects). Fiddled around with curves for once. This probably took me around 6 hours to do.
