Quick sketch I did on Clip Studio Paint a couple of months ago. The horns were fun to do, I did a quick 3D model of the head to make sure that I got the angles right. I recommend Sculptris, it's the trial version of ZBrush. There's not much compared to ZBrush, but there's no end date since it's basically a stand-alone program. Very easy to use, and good with a drawing tablet, too.

First think I thought: WOW LOOK AT THOSE HORNS!! O.O
I really love the textured look of the horns on the crown of the head- a very elegant scale design. I also like the feather-y hair like you could run your hand down it like you would the side of a feather~
