(RL Draygone)
I've already mentioned this in another pic of mine, but Growlithe is pretty much my absolute favorite Pokémon. I must say I sure wouldn't mind too much owning one for a pet, though I have to wonder how I'd keep it from ever accidentally spitting a few flames here and there, considering these things learn Ember as early as Leven 6. (nerrrrrrd) But I'm sure these guys probably know how to better control their flames than, say, Charmanders and their flame tails. The name on the bowl, in case you can't tell, reads "GARDIE", which to my understanding is Growlithe's Japanese name.

When I started on this one, I couldn't quite get the position of the doggie door or Growlithe's front right leg in the right postion. Eventually I made the door a bit bigger and realized that I was bending the leg the wrong way (it's essentially an elbow, not a knee). Once I finished the Growlithe and door, it seemed that it was going to be looking good. Until I started with the color. Growlithe's colors are already established, so that was easy. But the rest of the colors were very hard to decide, and the end result isn't that good. Maybe if the stove wasn't read. I dunno. Honestly, I don't have any color-coordination.

For a while starting at this point, I started keeping track of how long it took to make my art.
Lineart took ~1 hour, 20 minutes
Coloring took ~1 hour, 30 minutes
