(RL Draygone)
I created this to use as an avatar for a web site I go to. The obvious inspiration for this pic is the Game Boy Color. Along with using it as an avatar, it was also a good way to practice sprite-making. So I figured an 8-bit "screenshot" would be a good way to start off, since it doesn't require adding high-resolution detail such as shading and, well, better-looking sprites. But this sure did take a while to create. Making the sprites look halfway decent, and making the grass look not-cluttered especially. I'm not sure how I was able to finish it.

The dragon is mine. The jackalope (you can kinda see his antler) is just some random jackalope for the joke, which those at the aforementioned website didn't quite understand. I blame the limited space for text. It was going to read as:

JACKALOPE: "I DON'T
BELIEVE IN YOU."

Then people might've known it was a jackalope (and maybe notice the antler). The joke, in case you haven't gotten it by now (I won't blame you), is that the jackalope, a fantasy creature, doesn't believe in dragons, another fantasy creature, despite him talking to one. It's kinda hypocritical for one fantasy creature to not believe in another, in a way.
