I believe I did this piece of Freija fanart in 2001. Difficult to make out the date on the signature. Pretty sure I did this shortly after receiving the FFIX art book as a gift from GuNMouTH.

Sadly, I recently lost said art book in an apartment flood. If commissions pick up I'll try and buy a new copy. Love that art book.
