When a familiar red dragon wants to be a bit taller to screw with one of his friends he doesn't actually have any ability to change his size, himself. but he does have plenty of friends that do! So after a quick call to a magically inclined, multi-tailed skunk he gets the growth spurt that he's looking for! The only problem? 
It doesn't seem to be stopping.

And when Raqsuh tries to undo his spell an accident winds up giving something else a growth spurt of its own that lets Dragonien live out his secret fantasies of engaging in a giant kaiju battle! Unfortunately he might have bitten off more than he can chew, and its up to Raqsuh to find a way to fix everything. Or, at least, make sure his side wins.

A 7,000 word story involving giant dragons getting bigger, magical mischief, a big ass kaiju battle and a content warning if you don't like the idea of a giant bug. (Or vague reference to a dead meme)
