A little guy named Madeen Tethys Norestar. He is basically the embodiment of cosmic energy (he's pretty much got a star inside of him) and he has powerful magical abilities to boot...though he is quite young, so those abilities are potential ones at best. He's got a moogle plushie because he is a freak for those games. Especially the classic ones.

He's an old character that I brought back to life and I really like how his design came out. I'll most likely be trying to prepare a reference for him soon.
