Lucian Malucard/The Abyssal King
Species: Duck
Abilities: Extensive Magical Knowledge, Shadow Magic, Dark Magic, Teleportation, Flight/Levitation
Arsenal: Black Needles- These are unique magical items which can levitate in a certain area and act as defensive/offensive measure against opponents. When an intruder enters the area, The needles will hone in on the intruder, their points will extend and pierce their skin, effectively harming and presumably killing the intruder or opponent. Skilled sorcerers like Lucian can cast a spell on them to which they act like guided missiles, tracking down a chosen target and attack them.
Shade Slime- This unique black goo is made by Lucian using a spell from his grimoire, The Shae’ Canarde Arcanum. When thrown on the ground, this slime begins to move, grow, and take on a humanoid form. These slime shade monsters then attack any opponents of Lucian. If cut in half, the creatures multiply. The only way to destroy the shade slime monsters is through exposure to fire, extreme cold, or a powerful light magic spell.
Shae` Canarde Arcanum- This ancient book is the Malucard Family grimoire, a book that possessing countless spells created by Lucian’s ancestors. The book possesses numerous powerful spells that Lucian has learned through out his life and is capable of casting.
Background: Lucian comes from a powerful and prestigious family of warlocks. He was taught and studied numerous forms of dark magic including the spells found in his family’s grimoire, The Shae’ Canarde Arcanum. Lucian turned out to be an amazing sorcerer and diligent student. He wanted to learn as much as he could and gain more power. Eventually he learned all the spells he could from the Shae’ Canarde Arcanum but he wanted to become more powerful. He eventually left his family to learn more spells, gain more power and become the greatest warlock. After stealing and combing through numerous ancient scrolls, Lucian discovers the magical spell he was looking for to make him one of the most powerful, mystical, and supernatural beings, a Lich. Using the power of a lich, he planned to achieve near omnipotence. With the assistance of Wyvern and Willow Wisp, He achieves his goal and become a Lich with the honorific “The Abyssal King”. However before he could complete his wish, The ritual was interrupted by Darkwing and Allen Mallard and his power was reduced by at least half of his full lich powers. He escaped and is still currently on the run.

I created Lucian as another villain for Mystically based chapters. When I originally had his design in mind, I envisioned him to look a little like Death the Kidd from Soul Eater but decided to make a character with a different look. I loved doing his Lich form who was inspired by The Lich King from Gold Digger. Enjoy.
