Background: Jack Cotton was a vicious serial killer that caused a great deal of murders for his own twisted pleasure. He was eventually arrested by the police and sentenced to death. As he sat on death row awaiting his execution, Jack miraculously disappeared from his cell without a trace leaving a great mystery for the police. What had transpired was that Jack pleaded with the devil, vowing he would do anything if the devil saved him from his grizzly fate. The Devil agreed and saved Jack but at a price. Jack was returned to the living world and collect souls for the devil. With new and amazing powers, Jack began his quest collecting souls good or bad on a whim as he journeys from place to place.

He pressumably won't actually call himself Beelzebunny, I just wanted to name him that. Here's Jack and another reason why this is so much darker than the original Darkwing Duck series. This guy is a murdering psychopath with supernatural powers. I had originally thought of having him as a vigilante similar to Ghost Rider but decided to just have him be a powerful and dangerous villain. Enjoy.
