Background: Tired of doing his own dirty work so he can continue planning, Quacker Jack decides to form a gang. He finds a group of troubled teens who he arms with his toy-based weaponry, made specifically for each member. Quacker Jack sends this gang out to vandalize video game retail stores and steal parts for his master plan.

Real Name: Leland Grant
Age: 17
Background: Leland was a boy who grew up a family with a long military background. He began attending military school when he was a pre-teen through to his late teens. While he was an excellent student and solider, he was very aggressive and ruthless. He would viciously bully other students, hazing other students more mercilessly than others and going a little too far. He was later kicked out of the academy and ended up running away from home due to his parents’ aggravation at his expulsion. Quacker Jack gave him the chance to join his gang and he gladly accepted. Leland’s weaponry is generally military toys or toy guns like nitroglycerine filled, grenade shaped water balloons or nerf guns with explosive bullets.

Brick Kid
Real Name: Christian Quacksen
Age:11
Background: Christian is not your average kid. Since birth, he has been gifted with the ability of telekinesis. While he can somewhat control it, He has very little control and can be dangerous when angry. Because of this, he has been ostracized by other children, labeled a freak and weirdo. This caused more problems as his tantrum would cause injuries to those around him. His parents loved him dearly but had difficulties controlling Christian’s abilities. The Quacksens were approached by a group who claimed they were a school who could help Christian deal with his powers when in fact, they were from a secret facility who sought to harness his abilities and turn him into a living weapon. Christian eventually escaped and while trying to get back home, ran into Quacker Jack, who saw potential in him. Christian has loved legos since he was a child which led him to use them as his weapon as a member of Quacker’s Kids. He generally creates a golem of legos or if he becomes angry, he creates a whirlwind of legos to hurdle at his opponents.

Pretty Princess
Real Name: Adriana Benson
Age: 16
Background: Adriana was a selfish and spoiled child who grew up in the lap of luxury and got nearly everything she wanted. She ran her father and mother ragged with her demands for different things from expensive toys to exotic pets. Finally when reaching her teens and still not growing out of this phase, her parents finally decided to put their feet down and said they would no longer bend to her various whims. Believing this unfair, she left home believing other people would understand her. Unfortunately the real world was much harsher and she started begging and pleading for people to help her. She eventually met up with Quacker Jack and joined his gang. Adriana’s weaponry is based off of girl or princess related toys like wands with retractable blades in them or tiara-shaped shuriken.

Real Name: Billy Wakniak
Age: 14
Background: Billy was a brilliant young man who was praised and loved by his parents and the peers but not his own. Quiet, little Billy Wakniak was bullied and made fun of because of his reclusive behavior, meek demeanor and vast scientific and technological based intelligence. He would often try retreating to his room to tinker with gadgetry and machines when he had a hard day but eventually he just couldn’t take it anymore and couldn’t understand why the kids didn’t appreciate his brilliance. So he left and ran into Quacker Jack who saw his brilliance and encouraged it. Being a bit of a gear head, Billy took to using remote control toys, mostly vehicles, when he joined Quacker’s kids. Not only did he outfit his own toys but he also helped Quacker Jack build the weaponry of his fellow members. Quacker Jack has even taken him under his wing almost like an apprentice to him.

As I envisioned Quacker Jack to be vaguely similar to The Joker in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, the ragtag band of kids are supposed to be equivalent to the Gang he assembled. Enjoy.
