Bushroot
Real Name:Dr. Reginald Bushroot
Species:Duck-Plant Hybrid
Abilities: Regeneration, Plant Manipulation (Chlorokinesis), limited hand-to-hand combat, Scientific Expertise

Background: Bushroot was once a renowned brilliant scientist with plans to meld living beings with plants, but as his funding for his experiments was about to be cut, to prove his theories were correct, Bushroot performed an experiment on himself and was permanently transformed into a half-duck half-plant creature. Bushroot discovered he could telepathically communicate and control plants. He used his new found talent to pursue revenge on rival scientists Dr. Gary and Dr. Larson who had nicknamed him "Reggie the Veggie." Bushroot kills Dr. Gary and Dr. Larson and attempted to woo Dr. Rhoda Dendron, who had previously defended Bushroot from bullies. Rhoda was dismayed by Bushroot's lack of scientific ethics and shunned him when he appeared before her. Heartbroken and more than a little insane, Bushroot took her hostage, intending to perform the same experiment on her, but was stopped by Darkwing Duck. Later, Bushroot mainly committed crimes to fund his experiments, though sometimes he acted in a manner reminiscent of an environmentalist (a la Greenpeace). Bushroot later allied as a member of the Fearsome Five. He and the other members of the Fearsome Five (sans Negaduck) were eventually captured and confined to a maximum security prison. Eighteen years later, Bushroot, Quackerjack, Megavolt, and Liquidator are still confined to prison. Over the years of confinement, Bushroot found peace and contentment feeling no more will for revenge or criminal tendencies. He spent most of his days tending the garden of the prison yard. However, his life of peace was interrupted when He and the other two super powered members of the Fearsome Five were forcibly freed from prison by a group of thugs working Mr. M. They were then brought to Mr. M who offered them each greater power than in their heyday as supervillains to go and destroy Darkwing Duckette. While the others obliged his offer, Bushroot refused to have any part of it. He wished to be returned to prison and let him return to his life of peace. Mr. M would not let that happen and forced him do what he wished. He injected Bushroot with a stolen and modified plant growth serum called Ceres-58. The serum combined with his mutated physiology caused Bushroot to change into an apparently mindless, rampaging plant behemoth.

Megavolt
Real Name: Elmo Sputterspark
Species: Rat
Abilities: Electrokinesis, Technological Expertise, Limited hand-to-hand combat
Arsenal: Micro Generator- This small device is in a way, a super powered battery. This is a miniature generator with power equivalent to 10 electrical plants. Once strapped into Megavolt, It juices him up amazingly and makes him even more powerful than he was in his prime.

Background:Though originally a normal highschool science nerd, when bully Hamm String sabotaged his science fair project on static electricity, young Elmo Sputterspark gained the ability to absorb and project electrical currents, and to grant nearby electrically powered objects a form of sentience. He wanted to call himself "Megawatt", but the band playing at the dance had already adopted that name.Instead, he dubbed himself “Megavolt”. Sputterspark's transformation gave him virtually unlimited power. However, it also fried several portions of his brain, leaving Megavolt rather demented; he believes that light bulbs, toasters and anything else powered by electricity have been "enslaved" by Mankind and need rescuing, which explains why he is usually seen leaving the crime scene with bags full of flashlights, toasters and ovens instead of money. He has been known to suffer from sporadic memory loss. Megavolt occasionally teamed up with Quacker Jack as a duo and the two later joined the Fearsome Five. However, Megavolt and the remained members of the Fearsome Five were eventually apprehended and placed in prison. Eighteen years later, Megavolt, Quacker Jack, Liquidator and Bushroot still remained in prison. To keep him from causing trouble or attempting to escape, the Warden and Staff kept Megavolt from any electrical equipment. Unfortunately, men working for Mr. M broke him out of jail along with his other super powered compatriots. When being brought to him, Mr. M offered them great power in return for ridding him of Darkwing Duckette. Megavolt, like Liquidator happily agreed to the bargain. After receiving the Mini Generator, Megavolt promptly began attacking citizens and felt more alive than he ever had before.
Liquidator
Real Name: Bud Flud
Species: Dog-Water Hybrid
Abilities: Hydrokinesis, limited shapeshifting, Liquification
Arsenal: Hydro-Meister 5000- This suit of body armor was created to use water as a form of alternate weaponry. The original suit was designed with water tanks on the back but altered for Liquidator and his abilities. The right arm is a high-speed water jet, which can be focused into a precise cutting stream to cut through substances, or repeating bursts jets to give an effect similar to bullets. The soles of the boots also possess water jets to allow one to hover, give a boost for jumping, or move at fast speeds. The suit has also been modified with special seams in the suit for Liquidator to seep himself through it.
BackgrounD:Bud Flud was a crooked businessman who owned the Sparkling Crystal Pure FludWater, a bottled water company based in St. Canard. During a heatwave in St. Canard, Flud contaminated the water of competing drinks, leaving only his own brand (Sparkling Crystal Pure Flud Water) and Koo Koo Fizzy Water. He acquired his powers trying to poison his competitors’ supply of water in an effort to monopolize the market during the heat wave. When Flud was caught in the act by Darkwing Duck, he took a tumble into one of the tainted vats and seemed to melt away and die. The volatile chemicals Flud had used instead altered his molecular structure, transforming him into a being made entirely of living water. Now rather deranged, the Liquidator blamed Darkwing for throwing him into the vat. Since he could now control all liquids, he turned all the water in St. Canard into a rubbery substance, and now had an absolute stranglehold on the water business in the city. Darkwing was able to defeat the Liquidator by pouring powdered cement on him, restoring the city's water to normal. After escaping (how is left a mystery but it is possible he escaped by making his water molecules move through the solidification materials downwards until he became a puddle under them and thus escaped), the Liquidator joined Negaduck's Fearsome Five, taking over St. Canard until they were defeated by the Justice Ducks. The Liquidator remained with that team thereafter in their various schemes. He was eventually captured and imprisoned, along with the other members of the Fearsome Five sans Negaduck. Eighteen years later, Liquidator and his other compatriots still remain imprisoned. Liquidator is generally kept in a dense, seamless plastic cell to keep him from escaping. However, He and the other two superpowered members of the Fearsome Five were broken out of jail by men working for Mr. M. He and the others were brought to Mr. M, where he offered him, Megavolt and Bushroot great power in exchange for destroying Darkwing Duckette. Liquidator, like Megavolt took the offer without hesitation. After receiving the Hyrdo-Meister suit, He proceeded to wreak havoc upon St. Canard.

I know, I know. Technically they're the Fearsome Three or Terrifying Three or something but I didn't want to pass up the classic name. This pic was quite the experimental work. I played with some brushes on GIMP and finally figured out how to get a glowing look to something. I also made in my opinion, adequate electricity. I enjoyed doing this piece because I was cool the redesign these members o
