Background: Dr. Garrick Boarman is known as one of the most brilliant minds of the time. His research has lead to advancements in numerous fields of science from robotics to genetic engineering. While his colleagues revere him, Dr. Boarman has strived to go farther but could not due to restrictions and protocols. He has since disappeared after being offered a chance to work for Mr. M and have no restrictions on his research as long as he made use of some of his research towards weaponry for Mr. M and his lackeys.

For those who have been paying attention, Dr. Boarman is a fundamental element of the story, often the supplier of many of the supervillains weaponry or being the one who gave them their super powers. His character is inspired by Baxter Stockman of TMNT and Dr. Hogback of One Piece, Both being twisted evil geniuses who often work in unethical methods of science and both being financed by dangerous and vicious crime lords.
