Arsenal:Power suit- Similar to Gosalyn’s Darkwing suit, it is a responsive and formfitting suit. However, Dr. Boarman instead of Dewey Duck built it. This suit enhances Mr. M’s abilities to a much greater extant than the Darkwing suit does for its wearer, allowing him to overpower and intimidate his less reasonable cronies or potential allies. The suit possesses a special cloaking device that allows him to wear it underneath his normal business suit. The power suit is also bulletproof and resistant to bladed weapons, keeping him protected should someone try to kill him and take over his legacy. Additionally, this suit also possesses a holographic generator to keep his identity a secret.
Android Duplicate- Mr. M had Dr. Boarman construct this advanced robotic duplicate of himself to act as a body double should he be called away or require a need to throw suspicion about his true identity off him. The android possesses an intricately designed A.I. based off of Mr. M’s personality and intelligence but has special perimeters set in place so that he does not overthrow the actual Mr. M.
Overlord Exo-suit- This is a project that Mr. M has Dr. Boarman working on. This is to be a heavy armored, heavily armed, exoskeleton that Mr. M plans to use in case of emergencies or for other sadistic uses.
Background: Mr. M is a mysterious figure within the criminal underworld of St. Canard. Little to no people know who he really is or where he came from. At some point, He found infamy in the criminal underground and gained an amazing foothold on it. Nearly all of the local gangs work for him from time to time and feed him info of anything that is going on in the underworld. He is respected and feared by both his underlings and competitors. He uses an pseudonym of Arden Ralldam, a businessman who controls the research and development firm of Obsidian Wing Unlimited. Using this identity, he has purchased several warehouses he uses as secret laboratories for Dr. Boarman and the good doctor’s staff to carry out their unrestricted research. Most of his objectives are unknown while two main goals are plainly obvious; the creation of an enormous criminal empire and a corporate coup of McDuck Enterprises. When Darkwing Duckette surfaced he was in a mixture of amusement and anger and has since been sending super criminals and his lackeys after her to either defeat her, kill her, or keep her preoccupied while he works on bigger plans and schemes.

So here we are the mysterious Mr. M, the big bad of my story. The man(or duck, I suppose) whose pulling all the strings in the criminal underground. I may have reveal a few things about him but trust me, there is more than meets the eye with Mr. M. Enjoy.
