Her clothes are too clean to be a mechanic. I could easily see this gal helping her dad and brothers out in the garage learning the trade. I can't really offer any other useful critique regarding her appearance.

I like it!, but regarding critique, personally I think (emphasis on "think") that stronger outlines and more accentuated shading could improve it.
