This is a concept piece featuring one of the characters from Heirs to the Throne, a Black Comedy Noir with Furry's, set in the fictional region of Kindling, a place run by Rich & Devious draconic families.

If the gangs of Westholt weren't a big enough problem for Detective Barrington, then his superiors are an even bigger issue. Say hello to Charles Shackleton, Police Chief of Northburn, the town home to the powerful Devianti Family, across the water from Westholt. Still in the early days of figuring out the way the Police is structured in Kindling, so Shackletons rank & uniform privilege is kinda up in the air atm. A former Mob Enforcer, Shackleton is a large & dangerous man, who not only has a department of 80% corrupt officers on his payroll but also as someone who spent many years working under different types of over boss he is preparing for his own rise to full Crime Boss status.

Wether the Devianti or people like Barrington are going to let that happen though is another thing entirely.
