One of Mahai's favorite things to do is yoga. its his only coping mechanism for the emotions he is assailed with after crash landing on earth.
but he realizes even that has its drawbacks. doing yoga on the beach is wonderful, but the sand gets too hot for his sensitive feet...so he must wear protection.
i'd say he's adapting pretty well.
