Portrait 3.5 of the little series. You didn't think I'd forget Naerina, did you!? This one struggled at first, but I think it ended in a wonderful spot. Once again, love for this Alurian should go to lauralien.It's also part of her Trinity Project! (There is a more up to date version of Naerina's reference on FA, but I chose to keep these links within Weasyl!)

I said it on 'Tash, but I'll repeat it here: Fancy brushes! Haha. I played with them, and eventually wiped a lot of it away under a hard round brush. I thought the little remnants added visual interest to the background, so I didn't worry them too much.
I'm flattered that you think of them so highly! I had a lot of fun doing them, and I hope it shows. I think 2015 is looking to be pretty good, if this is the foot I'm starting out on.

I really like how you've done these digital pieces to look like traditional paintings...if I didn't see the information, I really would have believed you painted this on canvas. The skill is just amazing to make it look like this!
