Making an Entrance

A painting for Owlflame1 of FA. When you pose a challenge after striding through a doorway, make the best impression you can. Owl's a pro at that, thankfully. (If you want to know the context behind this moment, check out his short story here (FA link)!

This one was a weird mix, but in a good way! It sort of straddled the line between grayscale and painting, so with Owl's trust, I kind of went for both! Grayscale or very low saturated environment, and putting all the color on him. There's a few little nitpicks, but I definitely can't say I don't like the effect! Think it comes down to layer effects helping save me time, so just need more practice there. All in all, super glad I got the chance to paint such a fun character and pose. Thank you so much for trusting me, Owlflame!
