Mildred is strangely belligerent for a Milotic, who are considered the paragons of peace and benevolence. Her anger issues may come from being teased by other pokemon as a Feebas for being ugly and useless, WELL LOOK WHO’S UGLY AND USELESS NOW?? She also comes off as extremely snooty and shuns all other pokemon outside of her team, her trainer being the only human she trusts and respects considering they were the one who believed in them from the very beginning. She doesn’t really have any defining traits other than her colors being a tad off-hue than normal and her warmongering personality.
