This is a Dollar General fakie I picked up right at the very beginning of my pony collecting (2011, yeah I came into this late!) It used to be blue or something, I dyed it black with RIT dye in the sink. And it stayed unfinished for a couple years until I finally bought my rehairing stuff.

Meet Black Tie!
I kept her original symbol, but painted the balloons black and white to go with her elegant, high-class theme. Her face paint is untouched, I thought it looked fine the way it was. Her tail was punched in versus a hole with a tail washer, so when rehairing, I went ahead and did it that way again. Her hair is black magic and virgin snow dollyhair, kind of messed up styling with those weird front bangs. Ah well, I never did claim to be any sort of stylist. xD I am hoping the crimps will relax with time. I had to punch in lots of extra hair holes, she originally had a pretty skimpy mane.

If anyone is interested in her, I'd sell or trade for more baits.
