In short, I drew this in a need of vent art.

Xeno is a character that will be appearing in the comic soon. He's Maverick's son.
Salem on the right was a character planned to be put in, but since she's more of Maverick before she was revamped, she was scrapped. Maverick is essentially Salem 3.0.
