Vampy Bat and Sea Grave DergRaptors

I'm really really happy with these 2 palettes. The top one I had a bat/vampire like palette in mind, and the bottom was an ocean cemetery palette. I wanted them to be used for the Halloween theme, but also could double as a normal palette. GOTTA CONTINUE THE SPOOPS
