"C'mon Havoc. You need to calm down ..."

Cayo Grumbled watching his angry drunkenly rat friend rant, swearing at a pack of canines relaxing on a beat up silver town car just as he's ready to attack. They snickered and teased the rat being dragged away.

"Aye! Better take his human loving ass back to the sewer or whatever the fuck he's from! We don't play that shit here. A pit bull shouted returning to his relaxation with his pals paying no more mind to Havoc.

"SAYS THE MUTT WHO TAKE TURNS LICKING NUTS!!"

The canines ear's all perked up hearing that insult, and began looking agitated glaring the staggering rodent down who shouted looking ready to fall over. They mummer amongst themselves.

"I hear that right?"

"The fuck he say?"

CRACK

Three canines emerged from their relaxed state, one holding a half smashed glass bottle getting ready to approach Cayo. Nerves shook as canines were more aggressive around some parts of the city and took no favors in seeing other feral or anthro dressed 'Fancy' or anything human related for that matter. He could hear and see each one ready to get violent and knew something was going to happen sooner than later. With no experience in self defense, he was left with only one option...He reached in his pocket and held a whistle.

They paused and stared for about a minute only seconds later they laughed hysterically asking their selves 'is this guy serious?'

"PFFTHAHAHA!"

"Is that a fuckin rape whistle!? you fuckin gay or somethin?!"

Nervously the red panda kept his silence, looking to havoc placing the whistle in his muzzle as the three made jokes about it. while laughter continued he picked up the rodent running away as fast as he could with no warning.

"Ayyye where you goin!? We just getting started!"

As they began chase, Cayo blew his whistle but...it didn't blare like any other whistle, it made no sound as air escaped it. Suddenly the three canines that followed yelped in pain and anger stopping clenching their ear's tightly.

ARGHHHHH!! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT NOISE!?"

The noise soon gave chance, making an quick escape for the red panda and his flushed rat friend.

[Hours later.]

Cayo sat on a bench exhausted trying to fathom the situation watching Havoc vomit behind him.

"How...did you find me?" Havoc spoke as his words slurred slightly.

The red panda sighed heavily turning to Havoc frustrated pinching the bridge of his nose.

"You done this before man...Why do you keep going this far? what's bothering you this much that you don't care to be in the most dangerous part of town?And For a drink seriously?"

"I'm fine Red...Just go."

The red panda was persistent trying to make sense of all his actions today. He took a moment and seen dark circles under his eyes, noticing every time he goes missing he returned like he's been hit by car along being a depressed mess.

"Fine huh? This is why we're one on the roughest part of town right? Have you been sleeping? You're acting like so-

"Like an idiot right? LIKE SOME USELESS IDIOT!?"

"SAY IT RED! IT'S HOW YOU SEE ME RIGHT!? LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!"

Cayo sat quietly on the bench as havoc continued ranting,shouting,rambling what felt like to no end.

"OH, Havoc ain't a rat,because he talks this way!"

"OH, Havoc never was normal. he's always been slow in the head!"

"OH, Havoc can't fight for shit! What good is he besides getting his ass kicked!?

"Fuck you...FUCK YOU,FUCK YOU, FUCK YOU,FUCK YOU, FUCK YOU AL-"

Urk!

Havoc turned to hurl aggressively on the edge of a curb,feeling the grass and dirt under his nails pushing deep inside as his head jerked forward. Catching his breath he flipped on the decaying grass, forearm covering his face.

"Just go red...You left without a word before...don't see why you're here..."

His voice went still. Those inner thoughts expressed held in awaiting to be let out like a wild animal. Cayo approached the rat sitting next to him staring quietly imagining the distress that must be going in his mind if he'd go through these lengths. He was never known to say how he's feeling even when his expressions could say it all.'Was he trying to prove something to someone? It must be someone making him act reckless...' The red panda looked away staring at the sun that begin to set the end of the day.

"I was gonna say. you're acting like someone who don't to be on this earth anymore...Just given up. "

"...I can't change the past Havoc. But You're right...What I did was unfair...And I'm so sorry for leaving. But I'm back, I'm here now to tell you and show I didn't forget you. If I have to I'll earn your trust again.

"You're not alone. Anywhere you go you'll never be alone as long as I'm here...umm. that sounded way better in my he-"

Cayo turned his head again towards Havoc to see the rat was sound asleep and didn't hear a word the red panda spoke. Whatever he's going through, Just seeing him relaxed around this rundown place he really made it look like it was best sleep he's had in awhile. With another huff he carefully picked up the rat walking to his home. Havoc tended to be secretive never telling anyone where he lived or wherever he's from. it's something he probably thought it wasn't necessary to know so the red panda never pushed it and just let him stay at his home place even though he felt uncomfortable being somewhere he isn't familiar with. But he hoped to change his way real soon.in the end what ran in his mind was his well-being. 'I just want...To see you to live again.'

"Let's get out of here..."

"Urk!"

"Please hold it in dude. No,no,n- oh god!"
