Phew! Two out of four references done for this universe, which I shall now call Sea Tails. (The first being Raven, but since he's also my fursona he's not in the Sea Tails Folder)
This is Dissonance, the villain. He is a piece of trash and you should hate him.
(I don't think Globalsexual is an actual sexuality but it suits him so oh well.)

Extras
His markings always change except the lighter on his paws and chest, and the dark around his eyes. This is less for any canon reasons and more because I can never replicate his markings.
He has no set size. He can fluctuate from the size of a house cat to the size of a tiger at will.
It is unknown if he can see out of his right eye, which he uses to collect souls.
He collects and uses souls not for sustenance, but to do his work for him. He'll have them carry him around, attack his enemies, and even brew his coffee.
He apparently mated with a shark once.
