Was taking a walk along my driveway, and noticed this little snake crossing. Didn't think much until I noticed his (her?) head.

two headed snake. looks pretty big considering most don't survive long

  About five, six inches I'd say? Tongue was still working, rather apparent it could get food. Front of its head was just one wide mouth.
