Log Entry: October 10th, Focault Police Headquarters

This has grown to be a massive nuisance. Mister Tyde has assigned me and the men to serve as the defacto law enforcement in the more civilized sections of this simulation. It allows me to practice tactics, recruitment methods, as well as... ahem Indulge in aspects of my life I had neglected previously. But a subset of hooligans has taken it to themselves to make my life a living hell.  I've had murals defaced, recruitment posters vandalized, and good men partying like teenagers in the streets. Once Project Cognizant concluded last year, the ambushes were less frequent, but now that Mr. Tyde has taken it to start up festivities again, my men are in danger of becoming drugged out troublemakers! I had initially treated this aggravation for the distraction that it was last year, likely some small hypnotist thinking they could take on a mastermind. Well this year I'm getting to the bottom of it.

Log Entry: October 11th, Focault Police Headquarters

Interviews and questioning has produced very little. Some of the peacekeepers who encountered this 'gang' have all been acting like drunk adolescents, giggling through questions and having lost all candor and professionalism. It's infuriating. The moment I try to get any real information about who this hooligan is in meat space, they start giggling like idiots.   

They call themselves Pastels. Population count is only a few hundred, but they're slippery. Often on rollerblades or skateboards, they are exclusively the reason why there's so much graffiti in Focault. At first I thought that was only because Mr. Darkwitt wanted an authentic city experience but no, someone is actually tagging up the streets with logos and disrespectful language! Who unwinds like this?? At the top of the Pastels is a white tiger named Miss Diss. The community speaks highly of her despite that she's nothing but a problem. Constantly getting into encounters with the law, spraying them with hypnotic paints that turn them into hooligans. She's even dyed her fur to look like one of those nauseating multicolored notebooks when I was a child. Which is a laugh because she's WAY TOO YOUNG to know what those are! 
I CANNOT figure out what her actual name is and Mr. Tyde is taking WAY too much joy in impeding my attempts to identify her, claims it would 'ruin the spirit of cognizant.' Sir created a nightmare giving the keys to him.

Log Entry: October 13th, Pendulum.

I had to be relocated after Miss Diss and her Pastels snuck into the station during skeleton crew hours and vandalized the station. Specifically my personal office. It looks like an inner city subway in there.  I particularly took offense to the word "GLASSJAW" sprawled across my original recruitment mural I had hanging up there. Rumor has it that her gang frequents either the BPM or the Nexus transit center. I've already sent patrols around the area but they've not given me much to work with.  She left a giant tag of a QR code to her 'living stream' in my office to leave a message. It was hours of her whining and complaining about the way I run the police.  that I shouldn't be trying to make this place 'unradical.' She's overly critical of my insistence on, and I quote "A rigid and disproven illusion of despotism in counter to the vision of your superiors." A real modern day Hippie I'm dealing with. If I wasn't sitting in a temporary cubicle in the pendulum, I would be laughing. Also, what the hell is an onlyfans?

Supplemental:
I've watched the entirety of her living stream or livestream or whatever and I have some more information regarding her. She does rollerblade music videos, ASMR, plays video games, and spray paint tutorials. She's even had Nymfi on her broadcast once or twice (why the hell won't Nymfi give me her real name???) Miss Diss seems to detest any form of authority, frequently claiming she'll take them down a peg and then actually recording her acts of vandalism live. At least it seems live, she could be delaying the broadcast. She puts on the act that she's just some bubbly teen, but I know a tactician when I see one. I'm going to put a formal request into Mr. Tyde remove her from the program, she's far too disruptive. He'll undoubtedly see how much of a problem she is. I don't think even Darkwitt would be comfortable with someone that chaotic being a potential hypnotist, let alone mastermind.

Meet Miss Diss. Graffiti Tagger, Anarchist, and nostalgic for things before she was born. She hearkens to that lisa frank era of 90s grunge and resistance. the Pastels are mostly drugged out thralls helping her live her best life. She looks up to Kai Tyde in how he's been running focault, but has a severe chip on her shoulder regarding Rockjaw.  She hangs out near the Transit center in a maintenance bypass, where her gang jams out to old tunes around Dumpster can fires and schemes ways to drive the police nuts.
