Remain Cognizant.

I have been quiet this year. Very quiet. But I have not been idle. 

I'm no stranger to hypnosis events, art contests, story contests. But one in particular I have never gotten to take part in.

Every year, there is an art event called Hypnovember, where artists from all over draw hypnosis themed art based on various prompts. It's an unofficial, unorganized event where sometimes some artists will make prompts for that year.  

Last year

30 days. 30 prompts. One prompt a day. 

This year, I am leaving my mark.

(Yes I am announcing this incredibly early.)


Project Cognizant is an island in the middle of the pacific far from cloying eyes. Divided into multiple biomes where the biggest, brightest, and baddest of hypnotists will convene for the chance to enthrall as many as they can get their hands on. At the head of them all are four capable hypnotists:

Kai Tyde, The Rocker
Captain Rockjaw, the Soldier
Dr. Cassandra Bright, the Therapist
And Sarrah 'Nymfi' Flitwish, the Witch. 

All led by the master of ceremonies, Darkwitt.   

Basically: I've made up some characters and a setting to tie all of the hypnovember prompts into one overarching story that will play out through all of November. All to entertain all and celebrate my love for hypnosis.

And you are also invited to participate. 

For the next few months, I will be revealing more details involving #ProjectCognizant on Twitter, and all of my art pages. Including the prompt page with much time in advance. 

WHERE YOU COME IN: 
This is meant to be a public art challenge. 30 days, each day with a prompt to draw, interpreted how you like. Use my characters, use your own, make up whatever you like. I've created a setting where it all will take place in this location. Use spaceships, use ancient ruins, it will all be there. 

for those of you who don't draw, you'll also get the chance to VOTE for which of these four characters you think would come out on top at the end of Hypnovember. Each of them have their own entries and their own ideas on what they will be doing.
