For my brother's birthday this year, I gave him a free pass for me to make him whatever he wanted! My family is a bunch of nostalgia nerds, so he requested a little scene of the Hydra Marshes from one of our favorite games, Chrono Cross! He requested a dwarf or two, and Razzly herself. I was more than happy to oblige!
I really enjoyed making this piece. Each character is about 2" tall! My brother always liked those crazy dwarves, but back while I was playing Chrono Cross for the first time, they drove me crazy! Love Razzly though <3

Yesss! My gosh yeah, I didn't play it until a couple years or so after it came out, but boy do I feel old looking back.

Chrono Cross is the sequel to Chrono Trigger, correct? I used to love Chrono Trigger but I never played Chrono Cross. What system(s) was it for? Was it in Japanese?

Yup, it is! Radical Dreamers was the first sequel to Chrono Trigger, but it was never released in the US so I never got to play it :c Chrono Cross comes third, and it was released over here. I love it! It has a lot of mixed feelings from Chrono Trigger fans, but I really loved the heck out of both games. Chrono Cross came out for PS1.

Kind of reminds me of Final Fantasies Crystal Chronicles. People were saying it felt more like Legend of Mana than a Final Fantasy game.
