i was worried i would have came across as like, pessimistic.
i just did the stupid thing of actively trying to ignore it and not deal with cause of the situation.
confronting its existence is a good first step to figuring yourself out,
just be careful to not, let ruminating on it rule your life. i did that for farrr too long.-
