This is Avi!

Avi came to be when a group of pirates created a burlap doll to hide their treasures in. A sort of spell was put on the doll to give it endless space inside, accessible through any hole or tear made in the doll that didn’t seriously damage it. A zipper was fastened on its belly for easier access.

A side effect of the doll, sort of a curse I guess, was its sentience. Avi was given violent and powerful depths that would “activate” on anyone that did him wrong or tried to steal the treasure. The pirates were told to respect him and nothing would go wrong. They treated him like one of the crew and everything was fine! Anyone that tried to steal the doll or from the doll was easily slaughtered, and the pirates amassed a massive collection of treasure. Word quickly spread.

The day finally came when Avi’s crew was overpowered and each one of them killed, leaving him vulnerable. He can hold his own in a fight pretty damn well but all the odds were against him. He was pinned down by the attackers and they took literally everything they could carry. It wasn’t long before EVERYONE EVERywhere knew that the fabled doll’s treasure was free for the taking, and Avi was forced to endure several months of pirates and treasure hunters raiding the empty ship and looting him completely empty. At one point a group of particularly greedy and impatient pirates tore his head right open to get at the goods.

Avi only got some peace once he was completely empty. After patching himself up and paying his last respects to his crew he set out to restock his treasure horde and kill every last fucking son of a bitch that ravaged him. /o/

Avi is the bitterest little person you would ever meet, he’s easily set off, trusts absolutely no one, and is rude and disrespectful to everyone he meets. He is completely confident in his abilities and is almost fearless, often getting into situations that seem to be way over his head. Since he set out on his journey he’s clashed with a lot of different people and been through a lot of danger, he knows what he’s doing by this point and it’s not easy to capture him.

He’s very protective of his stash and it is impossible to swindle him. He’s CONSTANTLY stealing from people, whether it be big heists or simple pickpocketing. He’s able to store things in himself and access his treasures through any seam on his body, his threads can stretch and contract to suit his needs, but the most convenient way for him to store and access things is through his mouth!

Avi is about 20 inches tall and feels a little weighted, but is light enough to easily pick up and throw around. His size might seem like a weakness but he uses it to his advantage! He jingle jangles when he walks, but he can be very sneaky if need be. The easiest (and really only) way to make him uneasy is with fire, which can be a serious danger to him. The way his storage works is that nothing comes out of him unless he or someone else explicitly wants it, so nothing comes out by accident. Should his entire body be destroyed in any way all at once (by burning it of course), all the treasure would be lost.
