A boy is wandering by the foot of Mount Silver with his partner Pokémon in search for clues of a legendary Golden Pokémon that might help the lands out but unfortunately he found signs of a group that he's already encountered a few times before, a dangerous group that has blackmailed powerful people and enslaving Pokémon.

The Yiga Clan!

No one knows where they came from but it was said that their so-called magnificent leader descended unto the world and brought them wisdom on how to use the Yiga style of ninjutsu and despite the leader not bring from Johto, he learned fast how this world worked and used it to his own advantage.

Suddenly, the boy was ambushed by the Yiga clan but this time he got to meet their leader who despite his appearance and silly manner was still a threat.

What does he want with the legendary Golden Pokémon?
