Gonna be working on info for him but here's what I got of him that's not the backstory in his first appearance.

Abilities:
Transformation to a huge private jetplane
Flight in jet mode and in dragon form his engines lets him jump high and dash fast
The Heavenly Kyuubi siblings can pilot him from his head if needed, and they usually need to insert a key to make him transform
Resistance to weather effects, especially thunder and lightning storms to ensure safe trips

Weapons:
Claws
Hidden gatling guns in arms
Rail cannon in mouth
Tail slap

Thunder-01 is a mecha who loves to do his job transporting Inari and her family (as well as others) and loves to keep prople safe.
He does feel disappointed about his weapon systems not getting much use, that is until the day when the D.E.A.T.H organization started selling mechas of their own and proved to be too strong for the Heavenly Kyuubi siblings.
