#OCeptember day 2. I don't have any characters I like the least, so here's an OC that I feel is neglected, Francis, a french-german Casanova wannabe skunk. I made him years ago to be a friend of some of my other OCs. But aside from a few jokes so haven't I used him much.

I'm sure now that I think about it that I got more characters that I may have neglected. Whoops.
