The dragon emperor himself, Drakaiser is washing a happy Pidove. He actually loves Pidoves a lot, because they're cute.
Since this is the Pokémon world so is Pidove soap safe to use on birds. I don't think soap is good the feathers, but I'm not an ornithologist so what do I know?
