It's been a while since I did a logo for a fictional sports team, and I think I did a decent job for a first-time since a long time on this.

I went with a skunk for a mascot because I honestly felt so bad for the species not getting accepted for sports branding. You probably understand why. And this was my attempt at giving the animal a chance to be on a logo for a fictional hockey team. Instead of using the word, "Skunks" in the name, I used the name, "Stripebacks" because it wouldn't really flow well if "Skunks" was used. I also wanted to do this in the style of those wacky sports names and logos from the 90's. I also added an "EST. 1992" and the team's championship years on it.

I've been thinking of using this as a t-shirt graphic, and I might actually do that.
