Back in February, I introduced a new character to my roster of characters. I introduced Ralph Felino, a stereotypical 1940's-style toon anthro. Here, I made some revisions to his color scheme. The hat and pants now match the color of his jacket, and his nose is now black instead of purple.

Why the revisions? At this year's Anime Boston, back in March, I attended a character design panel, and after the panel was over, the two people running the panel were open to give critique for people who had characters to share with them. From their critique, they suggested that I'd unify the colors more so that the color scheme wouldn't look too busy, so I decided to change the color of the hat (which was originally red) and pants (which was originally gray) to match the jacket.

This reference sheet was revised a week after the critique, but I decided to not post this until commissions of the previous Ralph were finished. (I didn't think it'd take so long to wait for Dingoroo's pic to finish! But its not his fault.) I had this posted in my Dropbox account to share with people I was interested in commissioning after revising this. You may notice a few more recent pic of Ralph done by others in this color scheme.
